About

منظّم — the one who organizes.

That is what nazzam means, and it is the whole brief: one organized place a small business can run on, and reshape itself.

Why it exists

Small businesses run on scattered tools: a CRM nobody updates, invoices in a spreadsheet, tasks in a chat thread, and the important context in one person’s head. Every tool adds a login, a subscription and another island of data. The owner — the person with the least spare time in the building — ends up being the integration layer between all of them.

Nazzam exists so a small business has one organized place where the business lives, and can shape that place itself instead of paying someone to shape it for them.

Who it is for

Service businesses with clients and a sales motion — agencies, trading and distribution firms, consultancies, brokerages, training providers, clinics, IT shops. Typically three to twenty-five people: big enough to need a real system, too small to have anyone whose job is running one.

English is the only language shipped today. The interface is built on logical layout properties throughout, so right-to-left works without rebuilding screens — but the Arabic translation is not done, and choosing Nazzam for Arabic support now would be choosing it for something that does not exist yet.

What we believe

Trustworthy before clever

Permissions are checked on the server, every write is audited, and when something cannot be done the product says which limit stopped it. When two of these principles conflict, this one wins.

Simple by default, deep when you need it

You should have something useful working in ten minutes without reading anything. The depth is there — custom fields, roles, automations — but you go looking for it rather than tripping over it.

Configurable without code

Fields, forms, pipelines, roles and rules are data, not a deployment. An office manager should be able to reshape the system on a Tuesday afternoon without filing a ticket.

Honest about what it is

This page has a list of things the product cannot do, and the pricing page says paid plans are not self-serve yet. Anyone who has been sold a roadmap as a feature knows why that is worth more than another adjective.

Where it is right now

Nazzam is in beta. The CRM is complete and in daily use; the platform underneath it — fields, forms, modules, permissions, automations, the API — is built and working. The larger ambition the name points at, an AI that reads across the whole business, is designed and not yet built.

Features are added and changed often. If something matters to you and is not there, saying so now is the most influence you will ever have over it.
