Questions worth asking
- Why are the prices not on this page?
- Because they are not settled, and publishing a number we might move in a month is worse than saying so. Nazzam is in beta, and what it costs to run is still being measured against what it is worth to the companies using it. Ask and you will get a straight answer for your situation, including what happens to it if the model changes.
- Why can I not upgrade myself?
- Because online payment is not switched on yet, and a button that took your card and then failed would be worse than this sentence. Plan changes are done by hand in the meantime — get in touch and it is a five-minute job.
- What happens if I pass a limit?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You can keep working with everything you already have; only creating something new past the limit is blocked, with a message saying which limit it was.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, at any time and on every plan, to Excel, JSON or PDF. The whole workspace, not a summary. Data you cannot remove is a hostage, not a feature.
