Questions worth asking
- Why can I not upgrade myself?
- Because online payment is not switched on yet, and a button that took your card and then failed would be worse than this sentence. Plan changes are done by hand in the meantime — get in touch and it is a five-minute job.
- What happens if I pass a limit?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You can keep working with everything you already have; only creating something new past the limit is blocked, with a message saying which limit it was.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, at any time and on every plan, to Excel, JSON or PDF. The whole workspace, not a summary. Data you cannot remove is a hostage, not a feature.
- Will these prices change?
- Possibly — the product is in beta and the price is not yet tested against what it costs to run. If it changes for people who already signed up, we will say so before it happens rather than after.
